Yorktown Swim Club offers swim lessons through Swim America!

We offer Safety, Fitness, Health, & FUN!

Cost: $70 for 9 lessons

Includes Certificate of Level Completion!

• Lessons will run Tuesday – Thursday 

April 7th - April 23rd

• Ages 3-14 (Must be potty-trained, no swim diapers allowed)
• 3 times to choose from regardless of level                                                        
  • 5:30pm – 6:00pm
  • 6:05pm – 6:35pm
  • 6:40pm – 7:10pm

      

• Times limited to 30 swimmers     

(first come, first serve, all others will be placed on a waiting list for time reserved)

When purchasing this ticket I hereby grant permission to Yorktown Swim Club to obtain medical attention or treatment for the swimmer in the event of an emergency until I can be contacted.  I release Yorktown Swim Club, USA Swimming, Indiana Swimming, and each of their respective officer, agents, employees, members, successors, and any other persons or entities connected to the club, from any and all liabilities, claims, demands, actions, or causes of action of any kind of character arising out of connection with said event.  Further the purchaser of this reservation shall indemnify and hold harmless Yorktown Swim Club, USA Swimming, Indiana Swimming, and each of their respective officer, agents, employees, and members of the foregoing and  all other persons in any way and claims arising out of or in connection with any injury, including death, or alleged injury of damage to property sustained or alleged to have sustained in connection with or to have arisen out said event.
